Spanning four decades, The Ozone Rangers have survived disco, big hair, techno- pop, and pretty boys with wispy voices. Relying on a groove of bluesy bass and drum rhythms sprinkled with some tasty Southern licks, the Ozone recipe has stood the test of time like a bottle of Jack Daniels on a woodshed shelf.

True road warriors, stickers from towns north of Quebec, to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, adorn Ozone road cases. Their first album, “Long Way To Rock And Roll”, was released in 1983

The band has opened for blues legend, Willie Dixon, Southern rockers Marshall Tucker, Charlie Daniels, and the Outlaws, even alternative notables, Alice In Chains.

The boys have played in Tampa, on tour with the ZZ Top Eliminator car, done MTV’s Spring Break in Daytona, even a month of Pennsylvania prison concerts.

The Ozone resume includes Daytona Bike Week, the Harrisburg, PA State Rights Rally, New Castle PA’s Thunder In The Cascades, Hazen, numerous
New York and PA bike club events, Apple Harley Davidson, in Altoona, Jamestown H.D., Gowanda Harley Davidson’s open houses, Horsepower HD in Williamsport, The PA State H.O.G. Rally, along with the original Harley Hollywood Happening.

Bob Muhlbauer, the original Ranger, plays guitar and does vocals. Drummer and vocalist, Brendan Komenda, from the Buffalo based band, Sky, and recently added bassist and vocalist, Xeno, from the Buffalo area band C.T. Ryder round out the lineup.
Soundman extraordinaire, Howard "Dude" Wallace, always does a great job making the band sound their best.
